Giancarlo (JK) Mejorada

Mr. Mejorada is bilingual and multicultural. Originally from Peru’s capital Lima. He speaks, reads, and writes in fluent Spanish and English.
He brings to Acadia 10 years of customer service experience, seven of those, in the healthcare professional liability industry as client service and client-facing agent for a top global insurance company.
Giancarlo is dependable and accessible and referred as the “trouble shooter” by his colleagues and family.
Giancarlo enjoys using, organizing, and analyzing data. He is certified in Value-Based Care Analytics and is currently on his way to learning Python. He looks forward to the mentorship of Acadia’s leaders and is eager for professional development.
I have been a credentialing coordinator for over 19 years and have worked with many groups of providers. One of my many jobs is working with the malpractice insurance companies, dealing with obtaining new insurance policies, renewing insurance policies, adding and removing providers, etc.
I have been working with Henry Kane, JK Mejorada and Acadia Professionals now for almost a year. They have made my job so much easier! Very professional and prompt with returning calls and emails and getting applications processed timely. I hope to work with them for many years to come.
