Brittney Rineer

Director, Client Services

Ms. Rineer is a graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in communication. Prior to joining Acadia, she began her career at Professional Liability Agency, where she worked as a Customer Service Representative, developing client relationships and successfully managing the book of business. Most recently, she was at RT Specialty Brokerage, where she excelled as an Account Manager, enhancing operational efficiencies, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing client account management.

In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Rineer has been an active volunteer within the community for the past 10 years, demonstrating her commitment to service and leadership beyond the workplace. These experiences have equipped her with a robust skill set in client relationship management, strategic communication, and organizational coordination, enabling her to thrive at Acadia.
